Many years ago bringing the eyeshadow up onto the crease was a technique that was mainly used by makeup artists. Now its something that most women do. The trouble with crease work is that sometimes it becomes difficult to know how far to bring the eyeshadow out. Often we can create a shape that is unflattering to the eye – ie – pulling the eyeshadow “down” making the eye look “droopy” not a good look. This simple technique gives you a guideline so that you know not to bring the eyeshadow out or dan any further than the line we “created” with loose powder. Here’s a review of the limited edition Dazzle Finish Lipsticks that were launched with MAC’s Digi-Dazzle collection in August 2010. My personal favorites from the collection were: Hellraiser, Liquid Lurex, Hot Sass and Troublemaker. About half of these lipsticks impart more glitter than anything else. Take note that Glaringly Hip, Hellraiser, Liquid Lurex, Smash Hit, Sweet Bits and Win-Win all offer little in the way of pigmentation (they are different hues, but similar finishes).
